Kris is passionate about making sure businesses are compliant with their income tax filings. He studied at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) where he received his degree in Accounting. After starting his career in corporate accounting, Kris took a job as an IRS Revenue Agent where he worked to ensure small businesses were being compliant with the Federal Income Tax laws. While working for the IRS, he also went back to UAH and earned his Master's of Accountancy and passed the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) exams. After leaving the IRS, Kris became an Enrolled Agent (EA) and shifted his focus on helping businesses and individuals file their income taxes. For a short time, he worked with a small local firm serving as their CFO/VP of Finance as well as their Fraud & Forensics partner. Later he moved on and started his own business consulting firm with a focus on accounting and taxation.
